He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Vincent Northrop Sr. and Barbara Jean Eaton Northrop (BJ). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mae Northrop; his children, Sean Michael Northrop (Mary), Christopher "Casey" Northrop (Rachelle) and Heather Ann Northrop Shaw (Troy); his grandchildren, Edwin Michael Hiott III (Dakota), Morgan Taylor McEvoy-Hiott (Emily), Michael Sean Northrop (Juliana), Nathan Christopher Northrop (Amber), Andrea Heather Northrop and Lindsey Nichole Northrop; his great grandchildren, Lazario Northrop, Penelope, Onyx Northrop, Vincent and Lloyd Hiott; and his brothers, James Northrop of Wilmington, NC and Frank Northrop (Susan) of Mechanicsville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, Wounded Warrior Project, and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).
