He was predeceased by: his brother Anthony Stowe. He is survived by: his wife Donna Maria Rice-Stowe; his daughters, Beverly Ann Stowe of Ladson and Lynn Stowe Ihnen (James) of Ladson; his stepdaughters, Melinda Jean Lipscomb of Ladson, Mary Ellen McGrew (Daniel) of Summerville and Rianne Edwards-Salley (Marty) of Ladson; his grandchildren, Ashley Marchant (Houston), Miranda Salley, Emily Marchant, Logan Ihnen and Dillon Ihnen; and his great grandchild Rhett Kappler.
