He is survived by: his wife Ann Jackson Phillips; his sons, David Jr. and Earle (Melissa); his sisters, Joan Charpia (Harold) and Margaret Puckhaber (Buddy); his sister-in-law Novalene Jackson; his pet Ginger; and his grandchildren, David Allen, Heather, Lee Ann, Joshua, Amanda and Bradley of Allen, T. J.. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
