She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John Theodore Smith; her parents, Mina Morrar Ridgeway and David Rubin Winter; her children, Petrina Ciuffo Pope (Roy) of Summerville, Tony Ciuffo (Bonnie) of Clemson, Jacquelyn Marie Smith Foster (James) of Hanahan, John T. Smith, Jr., Leigh Michele Summer (Dwayne), Charleston and Shannon R. Smith (Andrea) of Ladson; and her siblings, Debby Bennett, Diane Hills (Charleston) and David George Winter of Jacksonville, N. C.. She was also cherished by 29 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
