Brown; her friend Lorenzo Spann; her godmother Lavenia of Washington; and her aunts and uncles, Joyce Brown, Martha Bailey, Sharon Darlene Brown, Jennifer Brown-Smallwood (Tony), Gary Forrest and Cleo Bailey.
