She was predeceased by: her husband Michael David Kemp of Ladson; her parents, John Vann and Mary Mason; and her sister Betty Rasp. She is survived by: her children, Mary Katherine McHatton and Michael Weston Kemp; her grandchildren, Viviana Esperanza Martinez, Daisha Makayla Gail McHatton, Michelle Esmeralda Kemp, Mylah Grace Kemp and Michael Weston Kemp, Jr.; and her siblings, John Vann, Carolyn Brown, Linda Miller, Janice Floyd and James Mason. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
