He is survived by: his wife Patsy Grey Howard; his son Stephen Howard (Theresa); his stepdaughter Kelly Tolle; his children, Shawn Shelley and Denise Crawford; his grandchildren, Ryan Howard, Levi Firestine, Samantha Ramirez, Joshua Crawford (Ashton), Zachary Crawford, Christopher Scarborough and Lauren Detweiler (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Winry Ramirez, Arden Detweiler and Cooper Crawford. He is also survived by his family, friends.
