He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Phillip Maness and Julia Cockman Maness; and his siblings, Randy Maness and Phyllis Sweat. He is survived by: his son Steven Barry Maness (Christine); his grandchildren, Tyler Maness and Rebecca Maness; and his siblings, Mike Maness (Flora), Don Maness and Vicky Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
