He was predeceased by: his wife Jerolyn Buckworth; his parents, Albert Sr. Buckworth and Ida Buckworth; his stepmother Evelyn Buckworth; and his grandson Jay-Michael Lohse.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Buckworth (Teresa) and Beth Ann Holliday; his grandchildren, Kaelyn Tweed (Aaron), Seth Buckworth and Cody Allen; and his great grandchild Nolan Kyle Tweed.

Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
