She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Coggin and Tom Mae Coggin; her husband Hoye Patterson Chappell (Pat); her children, Lynne, Bud (Sonia) and Tommy; her brother George Coggin (Carol); her grandchildren, Patrick (Mallory), Joseph, Esther and Rush; and her great grandchildren, Yazmine, Ensley and Waylon. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
