He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Stanislaw Rogan and Edelyn Montgomery Rogan; and his siblings, Thomas S. Rogan, Jr., Florence R. Little and Judy R. Henson.
He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Holt Rogan; his children, Bitsey Fickling (Jimmy), Millie Hicks (Monty) and William D. Rogan, Jr.; his grandchildren, Savanna Welch (Channon Lee), Vanessa King Epps, Rogan Mellette (Miller), Perry Lee Hicks, Sara Yarborough (Michael), May Elizabeth Rogan and William D. Rogan, III; and his great grandchildren, Holt Welch, Luke Welch, Carsten Mellette, Jackson Mellette, Olive Grace Mellette, Millie Mellette and Kara Barkley.
