He is survived by: his daughter Beverly Wilson; his siblings, Gladys Nixon, Alferd, Preston and Willie (Calvin); his siblings-in-law, Mary DeBerry and Frank DeBerry; his wife Martha Mitchum; his children, Thomas Mitchum (Latoya) of Andrews, SC, Ozell Mitchum (Dawn) of Boyd and Tameika Greene (Edrick) of Andrews, SC.; his sister Lula Mae Strong of Florence, SC.; his siblings-in-law, Sarah Godard of Brooklyn, NY, Eddie Castle (Joe) of Andrews, SC, Sharon Johnson (James) of Andrews, SC, Teartha June of Rochester, NY. and Elder Lee Roy McClary (Hester) of Andrews, SC; his close friends, Henry McCrea, Joe Conyers, Dwight McKnight (Ike) and James Johnson (Odie); his niece Bobbie Jean; and his nephew Arthur Dean. He is also survived by eight beautiful great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
