He is survived by: his parents, Shawn Jenkins of Children's Hospital and Brenna; his grandparents, Jill Thomas Roark and Robbie Thomas; his great-grandparents, Jerry Lee Thomas, Marianne, Landy Thomas and Sharon Coker Dukes; his aunts, Taylor Welch and Rylie Ann Roark; and his close friend Jessie White.
