She was predeceased by: her husband William Joseph "Bill" Rigby; her parents, Jesse Wilmot Parsons and Lillie Viola Avant Parsons; and her siblings, Eva Parsons, Lizzie P. Schuler, Mayum P. Arnette, Bernice P. Barrett, Sterling G. Parsons, J. W. Parsons, Delmar Parsons and Olin Parsons.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary R. Sanders (Edward) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Leigh R. Wilkins (Kyle) of Cincinnati, OH; and her grandchildren, Joseph Sanders, Rigby Wilkins, Reagan Wilkins and Ryan Wilkins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
