He was predeceased by: his parents, Jo Ellen Reed Maness and Milton B. Maness; and his daughter Hayley Fust (Paul). He is survived by: his wife Eileen Thompson Maness of Burnsville; his son Andrew Reed Maness of Summerville; his stepdaughters, Laurel Lifrage Wade (Scott Steele) of Union, SC and Tamara Jane Lifrage (Ned Threadgill) of Kingstree, SC; his granddaughter Lyla Addison Smith Lifrage of Burnsville; his siblings, Mark Maness of Spartanburg, Melinda Gray (Chip) of Greenville, SC, Molly Horton (Mike Small) of Gaston, SC and Mia Maness of Charleston, SC; his grandsons, Seth Wade (Lacey) of Union, Logan Wade (Hunter Wolfe) of Union and Nick Wade (Teri) of Union; his great grandchildren, Mason Wade, Myles Wolfe and Jax Wade; and his aunt Patsy Reed Turner.
