It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lula J. Carter (Kingstree, South Carolina), who passed away on May 29, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Brown and Joseph Kirkley Caulder; her husband Hal Carter; and her son Hal. She is survived by: her son Wendell Carter (Allison); her grandchildren, Warner Carter, Creighton Carter, Christian Carter, Cameron Wallace and Brooke Carter; her siblings, Audrey Lifrage and Clyde Caulder; and her nieces and nephews, Susan Steed (John), Kirkley Moersen (Jay), Bryan Dennis and Will Caulder.
