It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian S. Burrows of Kingstree, South Carolina, who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Scott and Buddie Scott; her husband Thomas Burrows; her brothers, Wendell, Larry and Joseph Scott; and her son Stephen Scott.
She is survived by: her cousin Irma Boykin; her children, Cynthia Scott (Troy) of Columbia, SC, Michael Scott of Kingstree, SC, Brian Scott (Janice) of Kingstree, SC and Thomas Scott (Tawana) of Kingstree, SC; her siblings, Maxine Brown (Tom) of Yonkers, NY, Lillie Brown of Silver Springs, MD, Marie Scott (Louis) of Kingstree, SC and Gus Scott (Jessie Lee) of Kingstree, SC; her daughters, Leanne Scott and Sarah Grace Smith; and her friend Jenny McFadden. She is also survived by seven grandsons; nine granddaughters; five great grandchildren.
