He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Leonidas Grayson and Ruth Phillips Grayson. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn McCutcheon Grayson; his children, BetC Copeland (Grier) of Kingstree and Bart Grayson (Carrie) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Carter, Peyton Copeland, Jonathan and Stephen Grayson; his siblings, Sarah V. Grayson of Litchfield, C. Allen Grayson of Kingstree and Myra Grayson Nuttall (Steve) of Georgetown; and his cousin Jimmy "Sam" Phillips of Kingstree.
