She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Edward "Ted" McCullough; and her sister Julia "Judy" Puckett Edwards. She is survived by: her daughters, Dale McCollough Culbreth (John) of Columbia and Julie McCollough Delaney (Ryan) of Spartanburg; and her granddaughters, Lillian Elizabeth Delaney and Virginia Anne Delaney.
