He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rufus Todd, Sr. and Martha Tisdale Todd; and his siblings, Grace Froedge, Florence McCants and William Todd of Melbourne, FL.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bryant Todd; his children, Linda Ramsey (William) of Burgaw, NC and Brian Todd of Burgaw, NC; his grandsons, Tyler Larkin and Austin Ramsey; and his sisters, Margie Casselman of Andrews, SC and Betty Ward of Moncks Corner, SC.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Williamsburg Funeral Home (332 E Main St, Kingstree, SC 29556). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
