It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Heuie Harriette Brown of Kingstree, South Carolina, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ulysses Carl Brown. She is survived by: her niece Ceil; her siblings, Robert Dawson Cooper, William "Skipper" Cooper, Jr. (Myra) and Helen Hicks (Raymond); her nephew Ché Hicks (Nasha); her niece Cecelia Keys (Korey); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jasmine, Ché Jr. "CJ", Chaz Hicks, Kamani and Kori "KoKo" Keys; her stepgrandchildren, Isaiah "I. Q." Brown and Raven Brown; her stepmother Step; and her friends, Haven, Daisy McClam, Phyllis Brown, Jackie Jenkins, Edna Myers and Heuie.
