With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen Britton Scott (Kingstree, South Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 16, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Helen Britton leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Helen Britton may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Theodore Graham Britton and Ruth Gilreath Britton; her son Theodore Britton "Britt" Scott (Da Niel) of Blanchard, ID; and her siblings, Graham Britton of Salters and Beth Frierson (Ernest) of Pawleys Island. She was also cherished by niece and nephew, and several great nieces and great nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Union Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
