He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth Singletary of Washington; his children, Gary (Shaneka) of Columbia, SC, Frank, Jr. (Tyshon) of Kingstree, SC, Felicia Palmer of Kingstree, SC and Charlene Legette (Darrell) of Florence, SC; and his siblings, Eugene of Kingstree, SC and Emma L. Martin of Rahway, NJ. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; a great-grandchild; a host of other dear relatives and friends.
