It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd A. Lewis (Kingstree, South Carolina), who passed away on September 24, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Everett Lewis and Alpha Gosnell; his former wife Barbara Shirer Lewis; his son Charles Everette Lewis; and his sisters, Hettie Lou Lewis, Betty Lou Lewis and Carolyn Lewis.
He is survived by: his daughter Pam Tisdale (Jeff) of Kingstree; his daughter-in-law Jean Lewis of Maumelle, Arkansas; his stepchildren, Carmie Thomas (Carolyn) of Florence and Gloria Welch (Marion) of Sumter; his grandchildren, Kim Griffin of Westminster, SC, Olivia Pollard (Jeff) of Hawaii, Bruce Lewis (Jenny) of Prairie Grove, April Tisdale (Bran), Reba Thomas and Carmie Thomas; his siblings, Jetter Lewis of Fairview, NC, Eugene Lewis of Winston-Salem, NC, Helen Lawson of Kernersville, Ruth Ann Lewis of Marshall, NC, Nona Titmus (Charles) of Morristown, TN and Brenda Cantrell of Mars Hill, NC; his daughter Debra Lloyd; and his great grandchildren, Matthew Rogers, Bentley Griffin, Isabella Lewis, Everette Lewis, Braelyn, Lily and Toby.
