He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl LeRoy and Eleanor Baylor Cantey. He is survived by: his pet Cindy; his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Oliver Cantey; his children, Jeff of Salters and Kim of Monroe, NC; and his goddaughter Chelsea Harrison of Rock Hill.
