She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Jervais Phillips and Annie Kathryn McClary Phillips; and her brother Robert Joseph Phillips of Andrews, SC.. She is survived by: her brothers, Cunningham, Clark, Poole, Architects and Dr. Keith F. Sanders; her sons, Phillip Harold Chandler (Lillie June McElveen) and Andrew Watson Chandler (Catharine Adderton Redd); her grandchildren, Lillie Kathryn Chandler Smith (Clifford Paul Smith), William Phillip Chandler (Christin Louise Smith) and Samuel Andrew "Sam" Chandler of Columbia; her great grandchildren, Lillie Caroline Smith of Sumter, Weston Eugene Smith of Sumter, Addison Grace Chandler of Sumter and Raylan James Chandler of Sumter; her siblings, Hazel Kathryn Phillips Bradham of Kingstree, Rev. L. Jervais Phillips, Jr. (Sally Reynolds), Julian Hale Phillips (Myrtis Ann Lee) and Reuben DuBose Phillips (Marilyn Kirton Phillips) of Kingstree; and her sister-in-law Norma Ruth Edgin Phillips of Myrtle Beach. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
