He is survived by: his wife Helen McCray; his children, Tracy McCrea of Kingstree, Linda McCrea of Kingstree, Thomas McCrea (Monique) of Columbia, SC, Levern McCrea (Audreanna) of Kingstree, SC and Johnny Davis McCrea of North Carolina; his stepdaughters, Helen Cooper (Moses), Gloria Chandler (Chris), Emily Barr and Katrina McCray; his sisters, Ethellen McCray-McKnight of Kingstree, SC and Debra McCray-Franklin of Kingstree, SC; his aunt Ivory Dell Staggers; and his uncle John L. Scott. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, thirty-eight great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
