He was predeceased by: his parent Olin Huckaby; and his brother James Leon Huckaby. He is survived by: his parent Doris Anna Nease Huckaby; his wife Deborah Huckaby; his son Michael Jason Huckaby of Michigan; his granddaughter Alexis Huckaby of Michigan; and his nieces, Jamie Bostic and Dusty Madden.
