He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Leon and Willie Mae Johnson Bolick; and his brother James Carroll Bolick. He is survived by: his wife Martha Wilson Bolick; his son Eddie Bolick of Waterloo; his siblings, Sylvia White of Kinards and Wilbur Leon Bolick of Kinards; and his granddaughter Leeann Bolick of Gray Court.
