He was predeceased by: his parent William M. Conner; his daughter Donna Conner; his granddaughter Heather Howard; and his siblings, Willie Ruth Crapps, Allie Moates, Beth Pribbernow, Margaret Long, Genevieve Brewington, Martin C. Conner, James Clifford Conner, Wayne Conner and Joe Conner.
He is survived by: his parent Ruth Gresham Conner; his daughters, Valerie C. Howard and Kay C. Webb; his siblings, Linda Souther of Portal, GA and Tommy Conner of Statesboro, GA; and his grandson Jeremy Howard.
