She is survived by: her mother Luedell Sherman Stewart; her husband Chubby; her daughters, Stacey Coale Jenks of Charlotte, NC and Wendy Coale Murphy (Ron) of Park City, UT; her stepdaughter Christine Baker Sykes (Mark) of Charleston, SC; her grandchildren, Karlyn Coale Jenks, Braydon Loyal Jenks, Marion Luedell Murphy and Katharine Louise Murphy; and her sister Carolyn Valente (Carmine) of Annapolis, MD..
