She was predeceased by: her parent Durrette Hayslett; her daughter-in-law Deborah Perdue; her aunt Ruth "Bobbie" Clendenin; and her uncles, Sam Flint and Earl Bryant.
She is survived by: her parent Smedley Hayslett; her children, Robert R. "Randy" Perdue (Suzanne) of Smithers, Carl Andrew "Andy" Perdue (Kim) of Iron Mountain and Melody Leigh Garcia (Joe) of Johns Island; her grandchildren, Joshua Perdue (Joannie) of Oak Hill, Jacob Perdue (Aimee) of Moncks Corner, Chance Perdue (Kelley) of Sewickley, Casey Perdue of Rolling Hills, Joseph Garcia III, Nicholas Garcia of Charleston, Melissa Meeks (Jason) of Hurricane and Sara Price (Chris) of Canton; her great grandchildren, Alivia Meeks, Rilynn Price, Kellan Price, Easton Perdue, Greenlee Perdue, Grayson Perdue, Vera Perdue and Cathleen Perdue; and her aunt Mary Margaret "Joann" Kincaid of Smithers.
