With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ilga Lukevics Cooper (Kiawah Island, South Carolina), who passed away on July 2, 2018 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Karlis Lukevics. She is survived by: her parent Zenija Nikenec Lukevics; her husband Charles J. Cooper of Kiawah Island, SC; her sons, Jeff Cooper of Dayton and Kerry Cooper (Julie) of Dayton, OH; and her siblings, Baiba, Marta, Gunta and John. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
