He was predeceased by: his brother Kenneth Burke. He is survived by: his wife Betsy; his children, Terrence (Kristen), Bridget Cummings (Glenn), Maura Lewis (Steven) and Patrick (Susan); and his grandchildren, Lara, Owen, Marin, Finn, Mariana, Molly, Riley, Emily and Maeve.
