She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Willis "Buckshot" Lucas; and her parents, Willie C. Catoe and Jessie Bell Brasington Catoe. She is survived by: her children, Joy Broome (Russell) of Rock Hill, S. C. and Rusty Lucas (Amy) of Kershaw, S. C.; her grandchildren, Amber Broome Williams (Bryan), Brett Lucas (Alexis), Ansley Lucas and Hayley Broome; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Williams and Owen Williams.
