She is survived by: her husband James Thompson; her children, Fumkia "Mickey" Patterson of Charlotte, NC, Je'Barren Patterson of Detroit, MI and Jahvaide Thompson of Charlotte, NC; and her siblings, Nora Miller of Kershaw, SC and Michael Young of Kershaw, SC. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
