She was predeceased by: her husband Robert W. Payne; her parents, Grover Snipes and Tizzy Snipes; and her brother Sam Snipes. She is survived by: her sons, Teddie Payne (Lori) and Eddie Payne (Greg Bearden); her grandchildren, Jessica Payne Holbrook (Taylor), McKinsey Payne Smith (Curtis), Nolan Wilson (Jasmine), Kaleigh Payne Sexton (Chevis), Alex Clark and Zach Clark; her great grandchildren, Payton, Lucy, Barron, Drennon, Baker, Beau, Emory, Evie Kate and Teddie James; her brothers, Larry (Annette) and Clifford (Patty); and her sister-in-law Linda.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Baker Conference Center. A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Conference Center.
