With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise Phillips of Kershaw, South Carolina, born in Chesterfield, South Carolina, who passed away on March 31, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ervin Usher and Beulah Mae Cagle Usher; her husband Harvey Odell Phillips; her son Odell Phillips, Jr.; and her siblings, Inez Melton, Betty Edwards, Carson Usher and Johnny Usher.
She is survived by: her caregivers, Danny and Susan Byrd; and her siblings-in-law, Mildred P. Payne, Loree P. Caldwell (Larry), Joyce Usher and Waldo Phillips (Carolyn). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
