She was predeceased by: her parents, Walker Gainey and Sadie Cassidy Gainey; her siblings, Reba, Ola, Wanda and W. J. (Dub); and her mother-in-law Jo Lynn Farmer.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Farmer; her siblings, Lila Shepherd of Georgia, Evelyn Hammond of Georgia, Pat Carnes of Lancaster, SC and Benny Gainey of Bethune, SC.; and her child Kemper.
