She is survived by: her stepmother Carol DeKany; her siblings, Patti DeKany, Lori DeKany-Leal and Richard DeKany; her stepsiblings, Linda Bundy and John Birdsall; her close friend Shaw Whitlatch; her nephew Jackson Leal; her niece Isabelle Leal; her pet Skip; and also, Loretta Murray and Shawn Austin Whitlach.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Baker Funeral Home (210 E Hilton St, Kershaw, SC 29067).
