He is survived by: his wife Earlene Cauthen Phillips; his sons, Joey Phillips (Sebrina) and Keith Phillips (Donna); his grandchildren, Ashley Phillips, Logan Phillips, Haleigh Phillips (Seth), Johannah Phillips, Grey Phillips and Alex Jackson; his great grandchildren, Jayden Knight, Katelyn Knight, Tyson Phillips and Maia Phillips; and his brother Marcus Phillips.
