She was predeceased by: her parents, Amzie Tillman Gardner and Bessie Louise Walters Gardner; her spouse Sidney B. Horton, Jr.; her granddaughter Heather Horton; and her siblings, Evelyn Stewart, Edna Bradley, Iva Lee Gardner, Mendel Gardner, Allen Gardner and Douglas Gardner.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda H. Scott (Mike) of New Market, MD, Lynn Horton of Kershaw, S. C., Joel Horton (Debbie) of Jefferson, S. C., Roger Horton (Cheryl) of Kershaw, S. C. and Tim Horton (Cindy) of Kershaw, S. C.; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Bryan, Adrienne, Stacy J., Melissa, Nicholas, Brock, Tracy and Cassie; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Matthew, Nevaeh, Chole, Tyler, Abby, Katie, Rocky, Austin, Lawson, Ryan, Cameron, Josh, Dalton and Triston; her great great grandchildren, Ember, Logan, Braylee and Walker; and her sisters-in-law, Esther W. Horton and Gail W. Hall.
