Thompson of Kershaw, South Carolina, born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Welch and Frances Marie Temples Welch; and her brother Douglas Welch. She is survived by: her husband Dennis C. Thompson; her children, Bengi Black (Melissa), Sabrina McManus (James Auton) and Gladys Thompson (Josh Alford); and her sisters, Doris Ashcraft, Linda Thorp and Pamela Sikes. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren.
