She was predeceased by: her parents, Amzie Alex Holden and Leslie Hinson Holden; her husband Robert Wayne Taylor; her son Steve Taylor; and her brother Bernard Holden.

She is survived by: her children, Christopher "Chris" Taylor (Carolyn) and Michelle Self; her grandchildren, Brian Baskins, Daniel Taylor, Ashley McCain, Carmen Taylor and Shannon Thomas; her sister-in-law Sandra Holden; and her nephews, Dwight Holden and Kevin Holden. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to White Bluff Baptist Church, 3473 Mining Road, Kershaw, S.C. 29067.
