He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Faulkenberry and Minnie Williams Faulkenberry; his former wife Barbara Stroud Faulkenberry; his son Gene Faulkenberry; and his siblings, Jeanette Dease, Annie Ruth Robinson, Cletis Faulkenberry, Grover Faulkenberry, J. W. Faulkenberry, Randolph Faulkenberry and William Faulkenberry.

He is survived by: his wife Annie Mae Deese Faulkenberry; his daughter Debbie F. Bowers (Mike) of Kershaw, S. C.; his daughter-in-law Daisy Faulkenberry of Camden, S. C.; his stepchildren, Ronnie Roberts (Susan) of Pageland, S. C., Melvin Roberts (Jayne) of Marianna, FL, Lurie Roberts (Sandy) of Lexington, S. C. and Janice Brock (Tony) of Pageland, S. C.; and his brother Raycine Faulkenberry of Lancaster, S. C.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 11 step grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
