She was predeceased by: her parents, James William "J. W." Sowell and Evelyn Catoe Sowell; her husband Thomas Nolan Morgan; and her brothers, James William "Jimmy" Sowell and Wendell Ervin Sowell.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Brown (Letha) and Reid Brown (Wanda); her grandchildren, Derek, Breanna, Caleb, Ryan, Ross and Bode; her great grandchildren, Allie, Collin, Karter and Lilah; her stepchildren, Thomas Nolan Morgan, III and Caroline Morgan; and her sister-in-law Betty Sue Sowell.
