He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton L. Harvey, Sr. and Sarah Turner; his daughters, Michelle Harvey and Rebecca Loveland; and his brothers, Ed Turner, Chuck Spence and Timothy Spence.
He is survived by: his son Charles Harvey (Kim); his son-in-law Gene Loveland; his grandchildren, Dustin, Carrie, Mercede, Christina, Tristan, Alexis, Kaitlyn, Ashley and Brittany; and his siblings, Ruth Marshall, Mary Reimer, John Harvey, Ray Paul Hamilton and Linda Leclair. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
