He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruby Mims of Eutawville, SC and Harry Mims; his wife Teresa Mims; his children, Joshua Mims, Katie Orick and Carolina; his former spouse Jason Orick; his daughters, Ryn and Jaed; his brother Calvin Mims; his sister-in-law Jan; his nephew Christopher; and his niece Julie. He was also cherished by his wife, two children, and three grandchildren.
