He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Fulmer and Myra Fulmer; and his sisters, Annie Cromer and Bernice Clark. He is survived by: his wife Louise Fulmer; his son Tony Fulmer (Amy); his grandchildren, Caleb Fulmer (Avery), Amber Fulmer and Trevor Fulmer (Keeli); and his brother Carrol Fulmer (Elizabeth). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
