Rodgers, Fred, I, Monroe, Robert and Sam Bartley; his former wife Audrey W. Bartley; his son Michael Bartley; and his stepchildren, Gail B. Walker and Robert Enlow.
He is survived by: his parent Beulah Trotter Bartley; his wife Marjorie Enlow Bartley; his stepsons, Rusty Blackwell (Didi) and Randy Enlow; and his sister Jessie B. Long.
